Travis Barker : un documentaire avec DeLonge, Hoppus et son père

Dans une interview donnée hier (le 22 janvier) pour la radio KROQ dans l'émission Kevin & Bean Show, Travis Barker a annoncé qu'il était au travail sur un documentaire vidéo avec les personnes qui ont fait le dernier reportage sur le DJ Steve Aoki. On apprend que ce dernier comprendra des interviews de ses amis Tom DeLonge et Mark Hoppus de blink-182, mais aussi celle de son père. Le batteur en a aussi profité pour dévoiler l'affiche de la onzième édition de son festival MUSINK qui aura lieu en mars prochain et qui propose comme à chaque fois des concerts (dont blink-182), mais aussi un salon du tatouage et une exposition de voitures.

"He just did a very important interview for my doc which will be the counterpart to my book. So four people were interviewed to create this trailer. It was Mark Hoppus, my dad and Tom Delonge.

I haven't really said anything. It's been in the works. It's the same people who did Steve Aoki's documentary. We started talking with them a while back about being inspired by the book but then digging deeper.

It's one thing to read in a book 'this and this happened to you' or to say 'oh, you were in a plane crash' but to actually see footage from it and news clippings and friends and family talking about it is just another level."

On se souvient que Tom DeLonge avait posté sur Instagram cette photo début décembre sans donner plus de détails :

So Travis calls me and asks me to do an interview... next thing I know all these cameras have invaded my office. I have a feeling he just wanted some super hi-res footage of my body. And yes Blinkies, we also talked a bit about other stuff. :) #TravisAndTomHoldingHands
