CITY AND COLOUR performs on special ONE TREE HILL Valentine’s Day Episode
(February 14, 2011 -- Toronto, ON) On February 15 at 8/7c on the CW Network, CITY AND COLOUR will perform on a special Valentine’s Day episode of the hit series One Tree Hill titled “Valentine’s Day Is Over” (*official TV Guide summary below). A newly recorded acoustic version of the single “The Girl” from the album Bring Me Your Love will be performed as part of the show’s story line. As well, “The Girl (acoustic)” will be made available for sale digitally (http://iTunes/cityandcolour) on February 15 to coincide with the episode’s airdate. A brand new City and Colour song titled “Northern Wind” will also make its debut. The version fans will hear, was recorded especially for One Tree Hill. An alternate version will appear on City and Colour’s third studio album due out later this year.
